Abstract
Seven different mycotoxins,
including aflatoxin M1, ochratoxin
A, sterigmatocystin, zearalenone,
roridin E, verrucarin A, and enniatin
B1 that have been associated with
human illness were tested by LC/MS/
MS in urine samples of a control group
of 89 healthy adult volunteers and
103 adult patients suspected of mold
illness based on clinical symptoms
assessed by their physicians and
findings of mold growth in their
homes or offices.
